My client is a reputable organisation within the Insurance industry who is looking for an Assistant Manager/ Manager to be based in their Singapore Office!

Your new role

The role involves independently managing investigations from initiation to conclusion, encompassing interviews and the preparation of detailed investigation reports. Regular and ad-hoc audits are conducted to identify critical risk areas, including assessments of training, competency, and manipulation checks. Additionally, the position contributes to the development, enhancement, and implementation of policies, procedures, and control assessments aimed at mitigating identified risks. Facilitating ongoing training sessions to improve agency competence is also a key responsibility. Ensuring strict compliance with relevant laws and regulations issued by authorities and the company is integral to maintaining operational integrity.

What you'll need to succeed

Degree with at least 3 years of experience performing end to end investigations / quality assurance in insurance organisations
Ability to multitask, work under pressure and remain agile in a fast-paced environment
Resourceful and a strong team player
Good report writing ability
Strong communication skills
Understanding of the relevant regulations, including the FAA and LIA guidelines
Critical thinking
Responsible and takes personal ownership
Prior managerial exposure will be an additional advantage.
