• Develops initial and schematic design concepts
• Conducts feasibility analyses and delivers design presentations
• Prepares tender documents, schedules, and specifications
• Engages with clients to address project-related matters
• Coordinates with consultants and contractors
• Maintains design standards and ensures compliance with regulations

What you'll need to succeed

• Possession of an Architecture degree, ideally acknowledged by Singapore’s Board of Architects
• Five years of experience in architecture, with a preference for work experience in transport and infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of architectural specifics, technical drawings, and construction methodologies
• Familiarity with local regulations and codes
• Proficiency in meeting authority requirements and handling submission processes
• Experience in leading a team is preferred.
