Are you a strategic procurement expert with a passion for sustainability? My client is a real estate hospitality giant looking for a Head of Procurement to join them to drive their supply chain excellence.
Your new role
- Revolutionise the procurement processes for optimal cost, lead time, and quality
- Lead and manage a high-performing procurement team of two
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while ensuring quality and supplier performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
- Conduct thorough market analysis and supplier evaluation
- Oversee contract negotiation and management
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and systems
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulations
- Align procurement strategies with our sustainability goals
- Role will focus on Singapore with a slow transition to include Japan
What you'll need to succeed
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement
- Experienced in procurement hospitality with pre-opening and compliance will be advantageous
- Proven track record in managing large-scale procurement projects
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends
