Your new role
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Coach managers on HR processes, policies, and tools, including performance management, talent development, and compensation
Manage the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, ensuring seamless transitions and excellent employee experiences
Drive HR initiatives to boost employee engagement, retention, and overall experience
Provide expert advice to managers on employee relations, best practices, and legal compliance
Serve as a single point of contact for employee HR queries and concerns
Communicate and implement HR policies and processes across assigned business units
Foster strong relationships, trust, and open communication across all levels
Lead and support local HR initiatives, employer branding, and key people and culture activities
What you'll need to succeed
HR/Business Management diploma/degree
3+ years relevant experience
Knowledge of local regulations and Employment Act
Independent, team-oriented, and strong communicator
Excellent English skills
Professional and integrity-driven
