Your new role

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives

• Coach managers on HR processes, policies, and tools, including performance management, talent development, and compensation

• Manage the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, ensuring seamless transitions and excellent employee experiences

• Drive HR initiatives to boost employee engagement, retention, and overall experience

• Provide expert advice to managers on employee relations, best practices, and legal compliance

• Serve as a single point of contact for employee HR queries and concerns

• Communicate and implement HR policies and processes across assigned business units

• Foster strong relationships, trust, and open communication across all levels

• Lead and support local HR initiatives, employer branding, and key people and culture activities

What you'll need to succeed

• HR/Business Management diploma/degree

• 3+ years relevant experience

• Knowledge of local regulations and Employment Act

• Independent, team-oriented, and strong communicator

• Excellent English skills

• Professional and integrity-driven
