• Developing and implementing productivity projects across group companies in Southeast Asia and India
• Partnering with stakeholders to achieve operating income improvements
• Leading and mentoring project teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Aligning regional productivity initiatives with overall business strategies
• Collaborating on digital transformation efforts to integrate innovative tools for productivity enhancement
• Analysing data to generate productivity reports and KPIs
• Promoting best practice sharing on a regional and global level
• Working closely with international teams, including our productivity team in Japan

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or Business
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial gas production or related industries with leadership experience
• Strong background in Operations Excellence or Lean Implementation
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent training
• Proven project and program management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence people at all levels of the organisation
• Good grasp of financial concepts, including the ability to understand income statements and perform project payback calculations
• Experience in driving the digital transformation initiative
