As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Conducting detailed analysis of business processes and recommending IT solutions
- Liaising between IT teams and business units to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Developing and maintaining project documentation, including specifications, workflows, and user manuals
- Assisting in system testing and user training to ensure successful implementation
- Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years of proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role
- Project experience in Government project, especially application projects will be highly valued
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Cloud technology is a plus
