My client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to optimise our end-to-end apparel production process. You'll be a key player in ensuring the smooth flow of goods from sourcing to delivery, while upholding the highest standards of quality, ethics, and sustainability. Your new role
Oversee all aspects of the apparel supply chain, from sourcing raw materials to managing production, quality control, and logistics.
Utilise AI tools to enhance procurement, manufacturing workflows, and demand forecasting. Build and nurture relationships with suppliers and manufacturers in key regions like Vietnam, China, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia.
Negotiate favourable contracts and ensure timely delivery.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, environmental standards, and industry certifications
Analyse and optimise logistics fees, shipping routes, and delivery strategies to minimise costs.
Develop strategies to scale operations and effectively manage supply chain disruptions. Work closely with internal teams (design, product, logistics) to achieve company objectives
What you'll need to succeed
At least 7 years in supply chain management and procurement within the apparel industry with a Degree in Supply Chain or related
Proven experience working with international suppliers. Deep understanding of garment production, sourcing strategies, and logistics.
Proficiency in supply chain management tools
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
