A US pharmaceutical manufacturing firm is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their Singapore office.

Your new role

Reporting to the Finance controller, you will be covering the end to end of accounting and finance functions:

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business decisions.
3. Accounting Operations: Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
5. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
6. Internal Controls: Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data.
7. Audits and Reviews: Coordinate and facilitate external audits and reviews, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

What you'll need to succeed

You will require a Bachelor's Degree and at least 5–10 years of experience in the accounting field. In addition, you are someone with a track record of managing a team.
