As a regulatory compliance offer, key responsibilities include providing guidance and training on regulatory matters, tracking and analyzing local regulatory changes, and disseminating relevant information to departments. Additionally, implementing new regulatory requirements, managing assigned projects, and reviewing existing policies and procedures are crucial. Periodic reporting to regulatory authorities, Head Office, and Management, as well as conducting compliance reviews and sample testing, are also essential. The role may require adapting to business needs, internal policies, and procedures, with flexibility to undertake tasks assigned by supervisors or Management.
What you'll need to succeed
Recognised bachelor degree or above,preferably in Business or related discipline
At least 1year of relevant experience in a regulatory compliance role
