Client Services assistant (6 months)

Your new role

  • Manage the end-to-end client contact lookback to ensure that it is completed on time and accurately.

  • Review client email addresses in contact database to determine if the email domain is legitimate, focusing on email domains that do not match the client name

  • Check system for evidence that the prior contact update had been performed correctly

  • Perform client outreach via phone or email to seek confirmation of the records and to systematically track responses

  • Complete the required updates accurately in the system

  • Prepare weekly progress updates for management

  • Collect, process, analyze data to support decision making and track performance

  • Prepare presentations, reports and develop dashboards to clearly and easily display findings

  • Support any other tasks assigned by hiring manager

What you'll need to succeed

  • Good application software skills: Words, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Good knowledge of excel macros / Power BI / SQL / Tableau

  • Preferably a few 2 or more years of banking experience
