Manage the end-to-end client contact lookback to ensure that it is completed on time and accurately.
Review client email addresses in contact database to determine if the email domain is legitimate, focusing on email domains that do not match the client name
Check system for evidence that the prior contact update had been performed correctly
Perform client outreach via phone or email to seek confirmation of the records and to systematically track responses
Complete the required updates accurately in the system
Prepare weekly progress updates for management
Collect, process, analyze data to support decision making and track performance
Prepare presentations, reports and develop dashboards to clearly and easily display findings
Support any other tasks assigned by hiring manager
What you'll need to succeed
Good application software skills: Words, Excel and PowerPoint
Good knowledge of excel macros / Power BI / SQL / Tableau
Preferably a few 2 or more years of banking experience
