HR Manpower Planning Manager for a leading healthcare provider (UP TO 120K PER ANNUM)

A company in the healthcare sector is looking for an HR Manager that focusses on HR manpower planning and analytics to join the growing HR team.

Your new role
This role requires strategic workforce planning, analyzing current manpower inventory and forecasting future needs to inform recruitment, retention, and development strategies. This role will also give you the opportunity to lead and manage a small team. Key responsibilities include aligning manpower management and growth strategies with organizational goals, ensuring optimal workforce utilization and supporting the healthcare provider's strategic objectives.

Your job scope includes but not limited to the following:
  • Lead budgeting exercises as key HR representative.
  • Monitor and update manpower readiness, harmonizing planning and budgeting processes.
  • Identify manpower gaps and issues, reporting to senior management.
  • Establish structured requisition and management processes.
  • Analyze manpower inventory and forecast future needs using statistical models.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and track Manpower Productivity Indicators (MPIs) and KPI targets.
  • Collaborate with Finance on budget allocation and expense tracking.
  • Lead and coordinate transition-related HR projects, including the Manpower Budgeting System Project.
  • Develop project timelines and partner with stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Quantitative degree (Finance, Statistics, Economics, HR) minimum 3-5 years' experience.
  • Manpower Budgeting System project expertise.
  • Proficient in MS Office, statistical software, and advanced Excel.
  • Machine learning skills are beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team leadership experience.
  • Healthcare experience is advantageous.
