Are you a passionate and driven procurement professional with a proven track record in the hospitality or FMCG sector? A renowned global leader in the hospitality industry is seeking a talented APAC Buyer to join their dynamic team in Southeast Asia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing key service categories across multiple resorts and offices in the region.

Your new role

• Conduct thorough market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers.

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to optimise costs and ensure high-quality services.

• Prepare and manage tender documents and oversee the tender process

• Negotiate contracts with suppliers, ensuring favourable terms and conditions.

• Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance and address any issues promptly.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide exceptional support.

• Analyse data and track key performance indicators to measure procurement effectiveness.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement within the hospitality or FMCG industry in Asia.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.

• Able to travel 25% of the time
