My client is an Indonesian-based Retail Fashion Apparel brand.

Your new role

As the Country Manager (Indonesia), you will be responsible for overseeing the operations, strategy and performance of the Indonesian market. You will manage a high-performing local team, looking after all corporate and retail functions. You will also spearhead the company's strategic direction in brand positioning, brand presence, new market development etc.

What you'll need to succeed

At least 10 years of overseeing P&L or country operations within the Fashion Retail industry. An independent and self-starter mentality, able to work closely with business owners and stakeholders. Ability to frequently travel across the region. This role will be based mainly in Indonesia (relocation required).

What you'll get in return

Up to SGD12,000 base salary (equivalent to IDR140 million).
