My client is a global leader in innovative plastic and polymer solutions, specialising in high-performance materials for diverse industries. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Order Processing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient execution of all internal and external customer orders, coordinating with 3PLs, and ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Centrally located and fully on-site.

Your new role

• Order Management: Process sales orders, allocate inventory, and coordinate shipments to meet customer requirements.
• Logistics Coordination: Liaise with overseas counterparts, planners, 3PL providers, warehouses, and customers to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
• Customer Focus: Resolve customer complaints, address enquiries, and maintain strong relationships by ensuring supply reliability.
• Operational Excellence: Maximise space utilisation for shipments, track orders, process claims, and maintain accurate documentation for billing.
• Continuous Improvement: Propose operational improvements and support cross-departmental audits to enhance efficiency and compliance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain or related
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in logistics operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience with SAP/ERP SD and MM modules.
• Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
