Your new role

• Perform in-depth analysis of investment opportunities and portfolio performance.
• Conduct detailed due diligence, including financial modelling and valuation analysis.
• Create and manage dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlikview to visualise data and trends.
• Providing actionable insights based on data analysis to senior stakeholders, including the board, helps to drive decision-making.
• Support the ongoing implementation and optimisation of a new Bloomberg system.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership and board meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather data and refine investment strategies.
• Work with the family office’s small banking team in Jakarta on cross-functional investment initiatives.
• Lead or participate in special projects related to investment analytics and performance measurement.

What you'll need to succeed

• 2-3 years or more of experience in a data-driven investment or analytical role.

• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, modelling, and automation (will be tested during the interview process).

• Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlikview.

• The ability to analyse complex data and communicate findings effectively to senior stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of investment analysis, due diligence, and financial modelling.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights in a clear and actionable way.

• High energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to work.

• Willingness to challenge the status quo and speak up where necessary.

• Comfortable with exposure to internal stakeholders and the board level.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a “think outside the box” attitude.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

• Salary Range: SGD 7,000 - 8,000 per month.
• Variable Bonus: 1–2 months.
