Head of Architecture - Blockchain / Crypto
Job Description:
This role requires an experienced Head of Architect who has a background in the Web3 and blockchain environment, and focusses on monitoring, optimising and tackling system architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will have experience in Lead and training on architecture to improve the team's technical capabilities and architecture design skills, evaluate and optimise the architecture of existing systems to improve system performance and stability. Leading the whole department, architecture Design, develop and implement system architecture strategies to ensure alignment with the company's overall strategy and drive technological innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information technology or related field.
- 10 -15 years of working experience in the technical field, more than 5 years of experience in architecture design and technology management, with a track record of successfully leading large-scale technology projects.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques, including instruction design, template-based approaches, and fine-tuning strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
