Customer Development Manager

My client is a leading multinational FMCG brand, home to reputable personal care products.
Your new role
As the Customer Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing retail accounts within modern trade, build strong customer relationships and strategies. You will conduct store visits, analyse on 5Ps, identify gaps and action plans, propose sales order and check on product assortment. You will also coordinate with distributors on new products, display plans, promotional activities etc.
What you'll need to succeed
At least 4–5 years of similar experience in modern trade, preferably from an MNC environment.
What you'll get in return
Base salary ranges up to $7,500 base + quarter & annual incentives + allowances
