My client is a real estate firm with assets globally both as an investor and developer.

Your new role

As part of the portfolio growth, we are looking for an additional headcount, an assistant finance manager to join the finance team to help manage finance operations and FP&A for the hospitality business.

Here's a snippet of the JD:

• Oversee general accounting operations
• Responsible for analysing the hospitality business and development of key performance indicators
• Work closely with commercial stakeholders to support key decision-making
• Manage budgeting and forecasting
• Support business management meetings with key commentaries on business performance
• Building and maintenance of financial models for scenario analysis
• Work closely with stakeholders on ongoing projects

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for an experienced finance candidate with at least 4 years of working experience in the real estate/hospitality industry.

You should also have a finance or accounting degree and/or equivalent qualifications.
Prior audit background is a added advantage.
