I am currently partnering with a leading organization in the natural health and wellness industry. They design and deliver innovative, organic supplements and superfoods that promote overall well-being and vitality.


Your new role

I am seeking a highly organized and experienced Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our client:

  • Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the Director and his family

  • Handle financial transactions, including managing bank accounts and writing checks

  • Organize and maintain important documents and records

  • Run errands, including grocery shopping and overseeing dry cleaning pickups

  • Handle phone calls, messages, and correspondence on behalf of the Director

  • Drive the Director's car for errands and other tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

  • Proficient in financial management and record-keeping

  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive the client's car

  • Flexibility to travel extensively with the client
