Your new role
We're seeking an authentic and passionate customer service leader to join my client's team. As a seasoned professional, you'll inspire and guide the customer service team to deliver exceptional experiences. If you're a natural problem-solver, a team player, and a customer advocate, I'd love to hear from you.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
Strong leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and guiding junior team members
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Positive attitude and dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Ability to work on public holidays or weekends during sales periods when needed
