I am currently partnering with a leading organization in the natural health and wellness industry. They design and deliver innovative, organic supplements and superfoods that promote overall well-being and vitality.

Your new role

We're seeking an authentic and passionate customer service leader to join my client's team. As a seasoned professional, you'll inspire and guide the customer service team to deliver exceptional experiences. If you're a natural problem-solver, a team player, and a customer advocate, I'd love to hear from you.

  • Lead and inspire the customer service team to provide top-tier support and solutions
  • Foster a friendly, service-oriented team culture that makes customers feel valued
  • Mentor, train, and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and confidence
  • Implement strategies to boost customer satisfaction and retention
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Fulfillment teams to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Monitor service performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service standards

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

  • Proven problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset

  • Strong leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and guiding junior team members

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • Positive attitude and dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Ability to work on public holidays or weekends during sales periods when needed
