My client provides premium solutions for automotive aftermarket, material processing, and surface protection. They are seeking a dynamic individual to join the team as an Order Processing Executive. In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind our order fulfilment process, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to our continued growth.

Your new role

• Manage the entire order lifecycle, from initial enquiry and quotation to final delivery, with precision and efficiency.

• Act as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing timely and accurate information regarding order status, product availability, and pricing.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including logistics, production, and finance, to ensure seamless order processing and timely delivery.

• Prepare and maintain all necessary sales documentation, including invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and sales reports.

• Navigate the complexities of international trade, including export documentation, Incoterms, customs clearance, and international logistics.

• Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise in the sales process, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

• Contribute to sales analysis by generating reports and tracking key performance indicators.

What you will need to succeed

• At least a Diploma in Business or related

• Proven experience in order processing, supply chain management, or a related field.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
