Your new role

• Examine and resolve claims from diverse business categories, including Property, Casualty, and Specialty, in various jurisdictions, adhering to company standards, procedures, and best practices.

• Ensure all claims are processed accurately and reserved appropriately.

• Collaborate with global operations and claims teams to address complex issues, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to S.O.X 404 requirements.

• Handle policy processing and cash pairing responsibilities.

• Collaborate with brokers and underwriters to ensure accurate and timely information capture.

What you'll need to succeed

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in the reinsurance or insurance industry.

• Professional qualifications - ACII or similar insurance industry accreditations, would be advantageous.

• Strong knowledge and experience in claims handling processes and legal requirements for their jurisdiction.

• Understanding of technical claims matters and legal aspects for expected claims jurisdictions for MAS and local regulators.
