Your new role

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our supply chain, ensuring seamless flow from procurement to delivery. You will lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement. Your strategic thinking and analytical skills will be essential in identifying opportunities to optimise processes, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.

Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with company objectives.
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering their growth and development.
Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration and alignment across departments.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
Manage relationships with key suppliers and partners.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in supply chain leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Deep understanding of supply chain principles, best practices, and industry standards.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
The ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
