My client is a global-integrated technology solutions company, operating in various market segments, including the industrial, medical, semiconductor, and automotive sectors. They are looking for an experienced and independent Communications Manager to join their team.

Your new role

Reporting to the Vice President of HR:

You will develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and align with company values, while managing internal communications and fostering a strong corporate culture. Additionally, you will define and execute the employer branding strategy to attract top talent, manage digital content, and engage with external stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation. By focusing on both internal and external communication, you ensure effective information flow within the company and promote a consistent, attractive employer brand to the outside world.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or employer branding.

• Proficiency in Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese stakeholders
