Your new company;
Our client is one of the largest financial services companies in the world, and they are currently looking for a Client Support Specialist to join their team.
Your Key Roles;
- Coordinate and oversee client transitions, ensuring smooth migration and readiness for operations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, intermediaries, and internal teams throughout the onboarding process, including conference calls, platform demonstrations, service discussions, and issue escalations.
- Manage the collection and processing of agent/dealer codes, facilitating account setup with relevant financial entities.
- Maintain and update static data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Address ad-hoc enquiries from clients and intermediaries, troubleshooting issues by working closely with various teams within the Investment Services division.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills, accuracy and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in an international environment.
- Relevant banking experience and knowledge of investment funds is an advantage.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience
