My client is a luxury hotel based in the heart of Singapore's CBD, part of a worldwide reputable hotel group. They are looking to hire a driven and passionate senior sales leader to join the corporate sales team.
Your new role
As the Director of Sales - Corporate, you will play a pivotal role in developing commercial strategies across all managed room segments (including residential & non-residential), plan and execute sales activities to maximise business revenue across Rooms, F&B segments. You will lead an existing sales team through coaching and mentoring. You will also identify key areas for improvement, handle business forecast, budget planning, sales & marketing analysis etc. You will also look into driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence.
What you'll need to succeed
At least 6β8 years of corporate sales experience from the hospitality industry, preferably from the luxury hotel segment. Proven leadership skills in managing a team.
What you'll get in return
A base salary ranging between SGD9,500β11,500 monthly + bonuses.
