My client is an up-and-coming start-up with record commercial growth last financial year.
As part of the firm's expansion, we are looking at a chapter of implementing robust internal controls and finance setup.

Your new role

We are looking for a finance controller whose scope will manage comprehensive responsibilities across statutory reporting, internal controls and finance business partnering with the operational and strategy teams.
As a pioneering member of the finance team, your role will include BAU reporting requirements and setup of team foundations and key internal processes.

• Setup of key processes across the finance team
• Support and drive commercial growth through recommendations from a finance perspective
• Responsible for the overall delivery of statutory reporting requirements
• Review/preparation of key management reports to support senior stakeholders in key decision-making
• Business partner with finance and non-finance departments for ongoing projects

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for an experienced and passionate finance candidate, ideally with experience in scaling a start-up.

You should have prior experience in building robust internal controls and developing a sound process for BAU reporting requirements.
