My client is a global supply chain service provider specialised in tailored solutions for diverse industries. They are seeking a seasoned Warehouse Operations Manager. You'll ensure efficient operations, ensure seamless inventory flow, optimise order fulfilment, and foster a safe, productive environment.

Your new role

• Operational Excellence: Drive daily warehouse activities, from receiving to shipping, maximising performance and adherence to standards.

• Inventory Precision: Implement robust inventory controls, ensuring accuracy and minimising discrepancies.

• Team Leadership: Cultivate a high-performing team through training, mentorship, and effective scheduling.

• Process Optimisation: Champion continuous improvement initiatives, driving efficiency and cost reduction.

• Safety & Compliance: Uphold stringent safety standards, ensuring a secure and compliant workplace.

• Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with suppliers and transportation partners, streamlining inbound and outbound logistics.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 6 years of logistics and warehouse management experience.

• Proven track record of driving process improvements and service excellence.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills within an MNC environment.

• Hands-on, action-oriented approach with strong analytical abilities.

• Proficiency in WMS (e.g., SAP) and problem-solving methodologies
