To support their expanding operations, they are looking for an Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) Manager to drive innovation, foster collaboration, and enhance project delivery.

Your new role

• As an Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD) Manager, you will develop and implement digital strategies to optimise project delivery, ensuring all digital tools and processes are effectively integrated and utilised across the project lifecycle.

• Your role will oversee the integration of digital tools such as Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), coordinating with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure seamless collaboration.

• Providing comprehensive training and support to project teams on the use of digital tools and processes, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• You will monitor and evaluate the performance of digital tools and processes, make the necessary adjustments to enhance productivity and ensure compliance with industry standards.

What you'll need to succeed

• You will hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in construction project management or digital technology implementation.

• Proficiency in BIM, VDC, and other digital construction technologies is preferred.
