My client is a global leader in electronics engineering and manufacturing services, specialising in complex product development and realisation, looking for an independent Business Development Director to join their team.

Your new role

Reporting to the VP of Market Development as an individual contributor:

You will devise strategic plans to sell solutions and meet business development targets, focusing on assigned target accounts that fit the customer profile. Your role includes coaching cross-functional teams, identifying profitable business opportunities, and building multi-level relationships to achieve revenue goals. Additionally, you will develop market sector expertise, create account strategies, and lead teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and contribute to the organisation's goals.

What you'll need to succeed

• You should come with strong experience within the Electronic Manufacturing Services industry with a proven track record of partnering customers in the medical or semiconductor space.

• Self-motivated with the ability to follow through on assignments with little to no supervision
