Looking for a Commercial Director with experience in the hospitality industry!

Your new company

My client is a renowned global luxury hospitality group and is looking for a commercial leader to head one of their properties in Singapore.

Your new role

As the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategies for the commercial benefits of the hotel. You will be a key business partner to the General Manager and lead various teams to ensure profits are maximized. Furthermore, you will also be developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will be leading a large team across various departments, such as reservations, catering, events etc.

What you'll need to succeed

At least 10–15 years of experience in the hospitality sector and have managed a sales or commercial team. A proven track record of being in a revenue-generating role.

What you'll get in return

A base salary of up to SGD15,000 + Management Incentive Bonus
