Our client is a leading global provider of interconnect solutions, specialising in the design, manufacturing, and supply of a wide range of connectors and cables assemblies. They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Your new role

• Deliver exceptional customer service support to both internal and external clients.
• Take on a pivotal role in managing the order process, ensuring orders are processed promptly, and realistic delivery dates are confirmed.
• Foster long-term relationships with assigned customers and key stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to guarantee the timely and successful fulfilment of orders in line with customer requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 3 years in a similar position
• Experience with customer management and order fulfilment process
• Able to communicate in English
