Primary Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) across the organization.
- Leverage HR data analytics to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
Key Accountabilities
HRIS System Development
- Lead cross-functional teams to define system requirements and configure the HRIS platform.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless system integration and deployment.
- Develop and execute testing protocols to validate system functionality.
System Administration
- Oversee system maintenance, updates, and performance monitoring.
- Provide technical support and training to HR users.
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
Data-Driven Insights
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and benchmarks.
- Create data visualizations and reports informing HR strategy and decision-making.
- Apply advanced analytics techniques to predict trends and identify areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Foster collaboration between HR, IT, and other departments to ensure system alignment.
- Design and deliver training programs to promote user adoption.
- Develop strategies to standardize HR processes and ensure system consistency.
Strategic Partnership
- Align HRIS with organizational objectives and talent development strategies.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
- Champion best practices in HR technology and analytics.
Leadership and Communication
- Lead HR teams through system implementation and adoption.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful system deployment.
Compliance and Risk
- Ensure regulatory compliance and data security.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to system implementation and data management.
What you'll need to succeed
- HRIS experience: Proven experience in HRIS implementation, configuration, and management.
- Technical skills: Strong knowledge of HRIS platforms, data analytics, and IT systems.
- Project management: Ability to manage end-to-end projects, stakeholders, and timelines.
- Communication: Effective communication, training, and support skills.
- Strategic thinking: Ability to align HRIS with business goals and optimize cost-effectiveness.
