Our client is one of the largest financial services companies in the world, and they are currently looking for a Client Service Analyst to join their team.
Your new role
- Promote bank products via telemarketing calls such as Time Deposit and Foreign Exchange, and be actively involved in the department's campaign together with the relationship manager
- Be able to work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and transactions
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, understand customers' requirements in a short period and present solutions that meet their needs
What you'll need to succeed - Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Meticulous, attention to detail.
