My client is an established Korean company that provides security and tech solutions to businesses. They are looking for a leader to head their Sales team, focusing on strategy and driving business growth in the region.
Your new role
As the Sales Director, you will be building and nurturing strong relationships with key accounts as well as collaborating across departments to drive revenue and market expansion. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and working closely with global teams to strengthen and expand partnerships.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field. At least 10–12 years of B2B sales experience, preferably from the security or technology sector. Proven leadership track record in managing big teams.
What you'll get in return
A base salary of up to SGD15,000 base + Quarterly Commissions.
