Your New Role
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a C&B focus to drive their compensation and benefits strategy. You'll conduct job evaluations, market analyses, and provide recommendations to ensure their salary ranges and benefits packages are competitive. You'll also oversee outsourced payroll, analyse trends in compensation and benefits, and develop strategies to boost employee retention.

What You'll Need to Succeed

- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on compensation and benefits, and payroll operations
- Proven expertise in job evaluations, market analysis, and compensation strategy development
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
