A holding entity of a portfolio of businesses based here in Singapore is looking for a successful CFO.

Your new role

You will be developing and implementing the financial strategy for the group as well as oversee fiduciary responsibilities in conjunction with the board of directors and related board committee(s). As a senior member of the Finance function, you will be an advisor to the relevant businesses.

What you'll need to succeed

You are a seasoned and mature leader with at least 15 years of extensive experience in finance, corporate compliance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and financial performance management, with a strong ability to collaborate across departments/businesses. Ideally, he/she will have experience working within a portfolio holding company and experience of managing changes and restructurings as well as dealing with integration of businesses.
