My client is an established Consumer Electronics brand that specialises in Kitchen & Beauty appliances. As part of expansion plan in ASEAN, they are hiring for a Commercial Director.

Your new role

The role will lead an existing team of Sales Managers across the ASEAN market. You will play a key role in partnering with local distributor partners, driving sales executions to achieve sales growth for the region. You will develop comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's and distributors' objectives through providing insight into the market landscape, managing product assortment and joint business plans.

What you'll need to succeed

At least 10–15 years of experience in a senior commercial/sales role regionally, having managed a team.

Proficiency in the Thai language is advantageous due to rapid market expansion in Thailand.

What you'll get in return

A base salary of up to $18,000 + Bonus.
