Client is an electricity distribution company in Singapore seeking to hire 1-year Live Chat agent.
Location: Kallang
Salary: up to $2,800 (+ sign-on bonus & yearly bonuses)
Work hours: Monday – Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm / 9am – 6pm
Alternate Saturdays: 8.30am – 12.30pm / 9am – 1pm
Your new role
- Manage customer’s enquiries from our digital platforms (live chat) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction
- Handling customer's enquiries and complaints (High consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment, etc)
- Ensure productivity and quality standards are met
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
What you'll need to succeed
- Min Diploma in any discipline with at least 1 – 2 years relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for details
