A US MNC focusing in manufacturing of apparels and accessories are looking to hire an immediate contractor to join their Global Process Delivery team as a Global Process Delivery Specialist (HR) (1 year contract).
Location: Mapletree Business City
Duration: 1 year contract
Salary: up to $3,900 (+ completion bonus yearly)
Your new role
At the core of our work, a typical day involves receiving and prioritizing requests from management and HR Partners via ServiceNow.
Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining positions as needed, in alignment with Strategic Workforce Planning. You will also play a part in all employee lifecycle events which includes high volume contract and document creation, processing requests for leaves of absence according to company policies and relevant regulations and managing termination process ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
You will also be supporting our employees by providing ad-hoc system troubleshooting support and updates of employee data.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant or related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in HR, Operations, or Organizational Management.
- Workday experience, specifically within the Core HR area is required, and ServiceNow experience preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- Flexibility and ability to balance competing priorities.
