About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the client's Service Delivery and Change Management initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery of services while driving and managing change across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in service delivery and a proven track record in change management at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the service delivery function, ensuring high-quality and efficient service to clients.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support organisational transformation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address service delivery and change management needs.
- Monitor and report on service delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in service delivery and change management.
- Manage and mentor a team of service delivery and change management professionals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Extensive experience in service delivery and change management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of service delivery frameworks and methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage complex change initiatives and drive organisational transformation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
