Head of Digital Product Management for leading retailer in Singapore | Leading product strategy and vision

You will be working with one of the largest retailers in the country to develop and lead their comprehensive product strategy and vision.

Your new role
As Head of Digital Product Management, you will be responsible for:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives. Lead the go-to-market strategy and ensure successful product launches.
  • Craft and implement a holistic product strategy and vision for your team, pinpointing opportunities for enhancements and innovation.
  • Drive the accomplishment of critical outcomes and the product strategy by prioritising features, iterations, and experiments.
  • Regularly track performance, analyse data, refine product features, and focus on achieving optimal results.
  • Contribute significantly to the overarching strategic product vision.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or Computer Science, Engineering or relevant studies.
  • At least 10 years of demonstrated experience in product management roles, particularly within B2C tech, e-commerce, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of leading successful product teams and delivering high-impact products to market.
  • Proficiency in product management methodologies and tools, such as Agile and JIRA.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Experience in coaching, providing performance feedback, and creating development plans.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile product development environments.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques for making data-driven product decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with exceptional analytical skills and are excited about solving complex challenges
  • Prior software engineering background will be added advantage with domain knowledge within eCommerce or Internet Business.
  • Proficiency is required in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with the diverse client base and internal teams.
