With a global presence and a century-long history, they offer innovative solutions and reliable services for industries requiring efficient power generation and marine propulsion. They are looking for an HR Executive to join the team.
Your new role
HR Functions:
- Recruitment: Source candidates, manage interviews, and issue employment contracts.
- Onboarding: Conduct new employee orientations and manage the onboarding process.
- Policy Development: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Benefits Administration: Support employee benefits, including health insurance and leave management.
- Payroll Administration: Manage monthly payroll processing, CPF contributions, and tax submissions.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and maintain accurate HR records.
Administration Functions:
- Handle enquiries, sourcing, and procurement for office supplies and services.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage office requests and projects.
Regional HR Functions (30%):
- Participate in regional community meetings and projects.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in HR or related field
4–5 years of HR Generalist experience
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills
Attention to detail and sound judgment
Knowledge of Employment Act
Familiarity with in-house payroll processing
Confident and willing to tackle problems and new tasks
Possesses a can-do attitude and is adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
