My client is an MNC and a mainstay in the shipping industry and has been around for 60 years.

Your new role

• Supporting Azure systems and AD on a daily basis

• Taking care of the network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls

• Dealing with end-user management, making sure that all issues are resolved

• Dealing with SLAs and making sure you adhere to them

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor or Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent

• 1-3 years of IT support experience

• Azure cloud/system

• Network infrastructure - Firewalls, Routers, Switches

• M365 administration experience
