Your new role
As IT Project Director, you will be responsible for:
- Lead project management teams and develop and implement strategies and processes for operational excellence.
- Monitor projects regularly to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and legal requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring strong customer management and relationships.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to optimise profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Document project processes, regularly review and update project documentation to reflect the evolving project landscape.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or Computer Science, Engineering or similar.
- At least 15 years of progressive experience in project management within the security access control systems industry.
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, including legal teams and clients.
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques specific to security access control systems.
- Experience in financial management, resource allocation, and risk management within project environments.
What you'll get in return
This is a permanent position with an organization who values their employees. In return for your dedication and hard work, you’ll be rewarded up to SGD$180,000 per annum with benefits. Kindly note that applicants must be authorised to work for ANY employer in Singapore as the company is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
