Your new role

• Accomplish project objectives within constraints such as scope, time, cost, and quality. Interpret technical designs and drawings for on-site construction, ensuring compliance with regulations and clients’ specifications.
• Coordinate M&E services, prepare CSD/SEM drawings for submission, and integrate Civil, Architectural, and M&E works on-site with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Plan, develop, and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks. Prepare reports on progress, delays, defects, and rectification measures for M&E works.
• Provide technical advice, resolve M&E technical issues, and report progress. Arrange site inspections with system-wide contractors, subcontractors, and clerk-of-works.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 2–5 years of relevant experience
