Our client is a leading global provider of interconnect, solutions, specialising in the design, manufacturing, and supply of a wide range of connectors and cable assemblies. They are looking for an Order Management Manager to join their dynamic team.
Your new role
Lead and Develop Team: Mentor the customer service team in ASEAN, set KPIs, and conduct training.
Manage Operations: Oversee order processing, handle customers inquiries, and improve satisfaction.
Coordinate Supply Chain: Optimise stocking programs, work with 3PL provides and monitors inventory.
Enhance Processes: Automate workflows, integrate EDI solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
Support Financial Goals: Maximise order fulfilment, resolve payment issues, and report on trends.
What you'll need to succeed
At least 5 years in a similar position.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Strong analytical skills to resolve customer and operational issues.
Ability to support sales targets and manage financial discrepancies.
Strong communication skills as you be dealing with stakeholders across levels.
