Your new role

• Supervise and inspect all architectural work performed by subcontractors, ensuring adherence to specifications and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with architectural services and other trades on-site, managing work scheduling, material procurement, cost control, project oversight, and documentation.
• Support the Project Manager in coordinating civil, structural, architectural, and System-Wide Contractors (SWCs), resolving technical/site issues, and ensuring compliance with authority requirements.
• Engage stakeholders, develop beneficial relationships, and prepare for quality management and CONQUAS assessment.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Architecture, preferably recognised by the Board of Architects (BOA).
• 5–7 years of relevant main contractor experience in Design & Build building projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural specifications and coordination with MEP works.
• Excellent communication skills, leadership, commitment, and adaptability.
