My client is a leading FMCG brand that manufactures instant food and beverages. As part of expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager.
Your new role
This newly created role will lead an existing sales team, providing leadership guidance and support. You will be responsible for strategic business development in export and modern trade business across international markets. You will lead and manage all export sales activities, including identifying potential international distributors. Negotiate sales agreements, develop sales budget/forecasts and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in assigned territories. The office is located in the West.
What you'll need to succeed
At least 7–8 years of proven FMCG experience in export sales/key account management. Prior leadership experience in managing a sales team.
What you'll get in return
A base salary of between $10K - 15K + Bonus (depending on experience).
