My client is a real estate investment firm with a portfolio of hospitality assets situated globally.

Your new role

As part of the finance team, your role as the senior finance manager is responsible for the full spectrum of reporting requirements.

Here's a snippet of the scope:

• Preparation of financial and statutory reports in accordance to accounting standards
• Reviewing of consolidated financial statements
• Develop and support stakeholders with financial models for strategic decision-making
• Preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Support in acquisition projects

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for an experienced finance candidate with experience managing a finance team in the real estate/hospitality industry.
The ideal candidate should also possess an accounting/finance degree and/or equivalent qualifications.
